Items will be processed within 2-3 days and shipped out right after process and packaging.
Taxes & Duties
TAXES
For U.S. orders, My Son’s Closet LLC does not collect taxes in all states. If you live in the state of Maryland you will be charged Maryland sales and use tax. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax in other states please check with your state. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact service@mysonscloset.com. If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive your package to initiate a return. You will be able to exchange your order for the intended item.
Returns
My Son's Closet LLC is happy to offer exchanges/ or returns for a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the merchandise tag still attached, and ideally in original packaging if applicable. If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of My Son’s Closet store discount code for any future purchases on our site, if your items(s) is eligible for a return. Please note that some of our items are marked for clearance. Clearance items status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation.

For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items, with the product tag still attached, in the box that it was sent in. To arrange a collection with UPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local UPS Store. Or you can return via the USPS.

Conditions

Clearance items and masks are not eligible for return. Clearance items status can be found on the website product listings, in checkout and in your order confirmation.
Exchange / or Returned items must be shipped back (eg, picked up or processed by UPS/other mail carrier) within 30 days of receipt.

If you are a gift recipient and need to make an exchange/ or return, then we will refund you in the form of My Son’s Closet LLC store discount code for any future purchases on our site. We can exchange the item however with verification that the product was purchased from our site.
